Welcome my new nephew!  Tregan James Butler was FINALLY born on Tuesday evening.  Brad's little sister did a great job with this little guy!

5 reasons why we are glad Tregan is here:

1.  He is SUPER cute

2.  Everyone was getting really baby hungry again in Brad's family

3.  Mack is not the only grandkid in Brad's family anymore!!!  He needed to be knocked off his throne. 

4.  Because of reason #3, he will be LESS spoiled there. 

5.  And because I know reason #4 is probably not actually going to happen, Kay and Scott now have more than one grandkid to spoil.  Good for them.
