Diet Update Week 4:

Weighed in yesterday...not as great as weeks past, but I lost another 1.6 lbs.  After my first month on the diet, I'm no longer wearing maternity clothes, but I am still in my fat jeans.  My goal for this next month:  Get back into my smaller fat jeans haha.  I lost about 15 lbs this month, so my goal for this next month is 10 lbs.  I think thats very realistic for me. Go me!  Also..if anyone has some good chicken or beef recipes that dont involve a lot of bread, sugar, milk etc (aka carbs), send them my way. I'm always looking for better ways to cook my protein!
